Racial injustices have put systemic inequality in the national spotlight. At the same time, COVID-19 has had a disproportionate impact on women, exacerbating gender inequalities. Organizations have been forced to change, adapt, and reevaluate their ways of doing things. Queen City Certified (QCC) believes there is no better time to reimagine the workplace.
QCC uses data to help employers build equitable organizations where people not only want to work but can thrive. They celebrate and recognize employers that are walking the talk by certifying them as Leaders in Gender Equity.
Join Nicole Armstrong, CEO and Founder of Queen City Certified, for a workshop that explores the intersection of gender and race in the workplace. With examples of emerging research-based practices from
Harvard Business Review,
Harvard University Press,
McKinsey & Company,
Lean In, and more, participants will be provided with simple strategies to disrupt bias within their own organizational systems.
The 90-minute session will conclude with a question and answer session.
