Racial injustices have put systemic inequality in the national spotlight. At the same time, COVID-19 has had a disproportionate impact on women, exacerbating gender inequalities. Organizations have been forced to change, adapt, and reevaluate their ways of doing things. Queen City Certified (QCC) believes there is no better time to reimagine the workplace.

Join Nicole Armstrong, CEO and Founder of Queen City Certified, for a workshop that explores the intersection of gender and race in the workplace. With examples of emerging research-based practices from Harvard Business Review, Harvard University Press, McKinsey & Company, Lean In, and more, participants will be provided with simple strategies to disrupt bias within their own organizational systems.

The 90-minute session will conclude with a question and answer session.
