The University of Cincinnati submitted to the 22^nd annual ULI/Gerald D. Hines Student Urban Design Competition.  ULI Cincinnati appreciates how much work it takes to think critically about the challenge and pull together high-quality entry materials in such a short time period (two week period).

The UC team consisting of Simon Needham, Jacob Mackin, Isaiah Zuercher, Stephen Collins and Blake Woodruff submitted “Zipper Seattle”.

Below are the finalists as recently announced.

The Finalist Team proposals for the 2024 ULI Hines Competition consists of:  
Beyond Boundaries – Georgia Tech  
Meander – Georgia Tech  
The Cascades – University of Maryland College Park  
The Stitch – University of Texas at Austin   

The Honorable Mention Team proposals for the 2024 ULI Hines Competition consists of:  
DJIJILA-LETC – University of California, Berkeley  
Hodgepodge – Columbia University  
Nexus24 – Georgia Tech 
The Wedge – Kent State University and Cleveland State University
