The Real Estate Acccelerator Lab (REAL) in it’s fifth year has more than one hundred graduates with 32 more slated to graduate in just two months. Each graduate is a successful member of the real estate development arena, each representing their industry segment and contributing to the region’s growth and transformative impacts. Several moves have been announced this month for REAL graduates and one who will be graduating in May.
Sanders Development Group, LLC recently announced that Rob Denham would be joining their team as development manager. Rob brings experience from the City of Cincinnati and 3CDC to the Sanders Development Group and we look forward to Rob’s continued participation as a REAL alumni and ULI Cincinnati supporter. He is currently a member of ULI’s East Regional Product Council.
Urban Sites announced that REAL graduate Kate Greene will become their inaugural chief strategy officer in April. Bringing a long list of accomplishments as the CEO of College Hill’s nonprofit community development organization, Kate will undoubtedly contribute to Urban Sites’ growth and success.
Moving into Kate’s role of CEO with College Hill Community Urban Redevelopment Corp. (CHCURC) and continuing the momentum in College Hill will be Emmanuel Karikari who will graduate from REAL 5.0 on May 2. Emmanuel has served as CHCURC’s chief operating officer.
