This is an annual joint event bringing together young professionals groups from ULI, OEDA and NAIOP.
Join ULI/OEDA/NAIOP on October 19, 2023 as we partner with the Brewery District CURC (BDCURC) to offer a private, limited edition seasonal tour and learn about Historic Brewery Architecture along with the dark side of brewing from Cincinnati's past. Grave robbing, a serial killing saloonist, and other murderous and deadly mayhem is explored on this new tour, which also includes a flashlight tour of the Imperial Theater and the 19th century Jackson Brewhouse.
The Brewery District CURC (BDCURC) is a non-profit redevelopment organization that celebrates, protects, and promotes Cincinnati’s unique brewing heritage. Their purpose is to revitalize, preserve, and restore the Cincinnati region’s historic urban fabric, particularly in Over-the-Rhine, and to promote a healthy, mixed-use neighborhood with a thriving economy and cultural assets.
The tour will begin from the Brewing Heritage Trail Tour Center and conclude at Northern Row Brewery & Distillery next door for happy hour.
