    Mike Brandy

    Brandicorp, LLC

    Mike Brandy has executed hundreds of development projects over the past four decades and has built a portfolio of assets across retail, medical office, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use product types. Under Mike's leadership, Brandicorp has grown into a regional development company with internal capabilities trusted by top health systems, hospitality brands, restaurant franchises, retailers and municipalities. Mike serves on numerous boards and supports non-profit charities through his dedicated philanthropic efforts including leadership positions for Matthew 25: Ministries and The Center for Humanitarian Relief. Mike earned his BBA from the University of Kentucky and MBA from Xavier University.

    Dan Neyer

    President/CEO, Neyer Properties, Inc.

    Dan Neyer has been involved with the commercial real estate and construction industry for over thirty-five years, continuing the family heritage that began over 100 years ago in the region. In 1995, Dan formed Neyer Properties to pursue his vision of creating value in office, retail, industrial, medical and, most recently, hospitality and multi-family products. Neyer Properties is a fully integrated real estate company specializing in development, construction, financing and management of sustainable land and building developments, with properties in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Dan is highly respected and knowledgeable in all phases of the development of commercial real estate and uses his leadership and experience to be an advocate for positive change in our community. He has been directly involved in the development of over 3,000 acres of property and over 500 building and development projects, totaling well over $1.5 billion in value.

    Brian Riblet

    City Manager, City of Montgomery, Ohio

    Brian Riblet was appointed as City Manager on January 9, 2018. He previously served as the Interim City Manager from August 2017, Public Works Director from 2012 until January 2018, and Assistant Public Works Director from 2006 to 2012. He has been employed in various capacities as a public works employee for over 30 years. His prior experience includes 17 years with the City of Defiance, Ohio, where he began his public works career in 1989. Brian was promoted to Parks and Recreation Director in 1998 where he served four years before being promoted to Superintendent of Streets and Highways in 2002. Brian attended Defiance College, served as President of the Public Works Officials of Southwest Ohio (PWOSO), is a member of the American Public Works Association (APWA), Ohio City/County Management Association (OCMA), International City/County Management Association (ICMA), Rotary Club of Northeast Ohio and is also a graduate of the Leading, Educating and Development Program from the University of Virginia, Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service.
