ULI Cincinnati's Emerging Trends event is an annual real estate trends and forecast program covering project updates, trends and more. From Dayton to Northern Kentucky, the entire region will be featured with more than 20 presentations and information on some of the largest investments in the region in more than a decade.

Join us for the networking and information event of the year, again this year hosted at TQL Stadium. The program is predicted to sell-out so register early.

The program promises to be interactive, fast-paced and include some of the profession's most noteworthy thought-leaders. Topics will be announced in October.

All registrants will receive a digital copy of the ULI and PWC annual publication, Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2025. The report, released at the ULI Fall Meeting, includes proprietary data and insights from more than 2,000 leading real estate industry experts, exploring shifts in the property sector since the pandemic, changing investor sentiment toward climate risks, the emergence of impact investing, and other real estate issues within the United States and Canada.
