REAL 5.0 Cohort Announced
The Real Estate Accelerator Lab (REAL) has announced the fifth cohort.
With the purpose of bridging minority businesses and development opportunities, this year’s Black Developers Conference is a must attend event.
This two-day conference championed by the office of Councilman Reggie Harris, a member of the Real Estate Accelerator Lab 5.0 cohort, represents a collaborative effort on behalf of The City of Cincinnati, The Port, Cincinnati Development Fund, and The Greater Cincinnati Realtist Association to increase minority development opportunities by fostering public/private partnerships and eliminating barriers that hinder the opportunities for minority firms to obtain favorable contracts.
This event facilitates a tangible connection of resources between the region’s minority developers and development opportunities through streamlined access to both ULI Cincinnati’s REAL program and The Port’s Queen City Develop Program.
The Conference is committed to delivering a robust foundation of resources that empowers developers, investors and minority businessowners to take advantage of plentiful development opportunities and improve their development experience.
If you are with a development firm, a construction company, a micro developer, a sub-contracting company or an infrastructure supplier, you should consider registering.
The September 7th Fireside Chat: State of Black Development at TQL Stadium is sold out but registration to the Conference sessions on Friday, September 8th are available for registration. The day-long program will be held at Duke Energy Convention Center with panel discussions around permitting, certifications, access to capital and partnership opportunities. This will all coincide with a resource fair of industry leaders and organizations active in championing increased DEI efforts in the field.
