REAL Graduate Kai Lewars, founder and principal of Kaiker Development & Construction grows firm with added jobs and enhanced technology.
Thirty-two cohort members representing a broad cross-section of the real estate development community make up the Real Estate Accelerator Lab (REAL) 5.0 cohort.
The nine-month program, led by ULI Cincinnati, is an industry-supported program designed to educate and mentor the next generation of Greater Cincinnati real estate professionals. Program participants are chosen to bring together a diverse class with a focus on leadership.
“ULI Cincinnati gave me the capacity, giving me the knowledge, the exposure, the network to go forward and transition from real estate investing to real estate development and make me confident in that transition,” said Kemo A’akutera, Mod Fab and a graduate of REAL 1.0.
More than 70 ULI members will serve as instructors and mentors throughout this year’s program and all cohort members will participate and compete in a Cincinnati-centric project competition in conjunction with The Port. A special thank you to more than a dozen individuals and organizations who support the program’s tuition scholarships.
The Real Estate Accelerator Lab boasts an alumni group of more than 101 members – click here for a list of REAL graduates.
