ULI Cincinnati
We are proud to recognize ULI Cincinnati Real Estate Accelerator Lab (REAL) 2.0 alumnus Ade Ayoade on the launch of the design and planning firm TheLittleThings. Ade and his diverse, talented team form their base around shared expertise in building complex software systems, of which they have 20+ years of hands-on experience. They add to this with another 10+ years of experience in various fields surrounding architecture and urban design on a domestic and global scale. The fusion of skillsets acquired at the highest level pointed the team towards a collective objective: to take technical prowess and cutting edge technologies and apply them towards reimagining planning, design and real estate practices.
Working between Los Angeles, Cincinnati and London, TheLittleThings works hands on with developers, planners, local governments and nonprofits to craft solutions that modernize and advance their workflows and processes through catered technological applications. A diverse clientele spanning healthcare, banking, retail, IT, entertainment and automotive industries has led to an equally diverse portfolio of solutions. Utilizing big data, artificial intelligence, augmented reality and virtual reality are just a few of the ways TheLittleThings is able to work at the forefront of efforts to modernize, automate, and simplify processes in architectural design and the real estate industry.
Since graduating from REAL 2.0 Ade has been hard at work, building on his tech expertise with a research practice aimed at bringing progressive ideas of sustainability, equity, inclusion and beauty into urban environments. After moving to Los Angeles, he has split time between academia, industry research and now industry revolutionizing applications and technology through TheLittleThings.
TheLittleThings provides a platform to combine all of the aforementioned skills and experiences of Ade and his team to reimagine what a contemporary, international practice looks like in the fields adjacent to architecture, urban design and technology.
Additionally, Ade continues to be involved with ULI, he is a member of ULI Cincinnati and sits on the Regional Product Council 3.0, and is also a ULI Los Angeles member where he sits on the Innovation Council.
