Regional Product Councils
A Regional Product Council (RPC) provides a multi-disciplinary forum for information exchange and the sharing of best practices among mid- and senior-level members who work in a particular industry sector. Members will have the chance to interact with like-minded professionals in the ULI East Central Region (ULI District Councils in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Indiana, and Pittsburgh).
ULI Cincinnati selected its representatives of the first East Central Regional Product Council focused on Urban Infill/Mixed Use Development (2014):
Dobbs Ackermann, Ackermann Group
Lasserre Bradley III, Ackermann Group (formerly with Model Group)
Steve Kenat, GBBN Architects
Sean Suder, Graydon Head & Ritchey, LLP
Darin Hall, Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority
Kathleen Norris, Urban Fast Forward
Kevin Riley, North American Properties
A total of 29 ULI members make up the Regional Council from Cincinnati, Columbus, Indiana, Pittsburgh, and Cleveland District Councils.
According to Cincinnati Regional Initiatives Chair, Sean Suder, “All of our markets are experiencing growth in urban infill, mixed-use development, and this form of growth is consistent with ULI’s mission. We are excited about the opportunity to see new projects and share experiences.”
The RPC plans semi-annual summits in September and May. The Urban Infill/Mixed Use Regional Product Council has held meetings in Columbus and Indianapolis to date with September 2015 scheduled for Pittsburgh and May 2016 for Cincinnati.
