Poonam Mathis is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for innovating around the built world. Currently CEO of Raise, she previously founded StealthForce, (the gig economy of commercial real estate), which was successfully exited in early 2019. Prior to StealthForce, she spent over a decade in CRE across private equity, asset management and development. She was Deputy to the Head of Global Real Estate Asset Management at Partners Group AG ($40 bn AUM), and earlier employee 13 at The Gerson Lehrman Group, the world’s first expert network.

Kim Liautaud, Market Trends and Real Estate Directions
Kim Liautaud is Managing Director, Head of US Commercial Real Estate, BMO Harris Bank. Kim is a 7+ year member of the BMO Harris Bank CRE team. She joined BMO in June 2012 as a senior lender on the private institutional CRE lending team focused nationally on all property types. In 2014, she took on the role of team lead managing the Chicago mid-market and private institutional lending teams focused on providing construction, acquisition and bridge loans as well as corporate lines of credit and subscription lines to institutional sponsors nationwide. Kim was appointed to run the business for BMO in October 2017.
