Request for Qualifications Downtown Dayton

The City of Dayton, Ohio is pleased to present to qualified developers a prime development opportunity in downtown Dayton. The subject location is at the northwest corner of Ludlow and Fourth streets. Qualifications are sought for developers that have demonstrated experience with complex, mixed-use urban development projects.

The purpose of the RFQ is to find a development entity with the vision and experience to create a signature redevelopment effort and who will work with the City in a public-private partnership. The overall objectives include:

Discover the level of interest from the development community in the redevelopment of the Fourth and Ludlow Redevelopment Site

Explore the qualifications of interested firms

Determine the development team most qualified and preferred for the development of the site

The required submission of the Statement of Qualifications must be submitted in an 8.5″ x 11″ format. To be eligible for consideration, respondents must submit an original and two copies in a sealed envelope/carton and delivered to Tony Kroeger at the City of Dayton Department of Planning and Community Development by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2017 without exception. Requests for clarification and/or information concerning this project must be submitted in writing to Tony Kroeger.
