Chris Dobrozsi, Vice President of Real Estate Development at Neyer Properties, has been appointed to the Urban Land Institute Public/Private Partnership Council. Dobrozsi has more than 29 years of experience in the development and construction of mixed-use, Class A office, medical office, retail, residential and industrial real estate. Utilizing his past roles in architecture, construction, estimating, land development, vertical development and leasing, Dobrozsi has led the development of several high quality projects throughout the Greater Cincinnati region.
Dobrozsi is currently leading Neyer’s investment in the MLK Interchange development and several other public / private partnerships that are in development. In addition, Dobrozsi leads the company’s business development efforts. The ULI Public/Private Partnership Council examines industry practices, financing strategies (both traditional and unique), negotiations, challenging projects, motivations, building and maintaining trust and incorporating additional partners into public/private partnerships.
Dobrozsi’s council term will last five years. He also was recently appointed as Chair of ULI Cincinnati’s Regional Product Council. ULI’s Regional Product Council focuses on Public/Private Partnerships in Mixed-Use Development throughout the ULI East Central Region, which includes the Cincinnati, Indiana, Cleveland, Columbus, and Pittsburgh District Councils.

Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, Louisville and Lexington.
