Fall Meeting Issue of Urban Land Magazine

The Fall Meeting issue of the magazine is in the mail and will be available soon (probably tomorrow) for download using the Urban Land app. This feature is available only for ULI members. Get them excited for the Fall Meeting with content focused on the host city of New York and on topics that will be presented at the conference.

10 Multifamily Residences Taking Advantage of Waterfront Location

These residential projects—all completed in the past five years—include beachfront dwellings, communities in redeveloped industrial waterfronts and military bases, and replacements for public housing damaged by Hurricane Katrina.

Fulton Center: A Grand Central for Downtown Manhattan

Any day now, New York City will open a grand public space at the middle of a web of subway lines in Manhattan, just a few blocks away from both the World Trade Center and Wall Street.
