The employee in this position administers various economic development programs and multiple projects. He or she must be detail-oriented, with strong oral and written communication skills and computer skills. Knowledge of tax incentive programs is essential, including enterprise zone and community reinvestment areas. This position will provide research on certain contracts including demographics, statistics, maps and reports. Knowledge of Community Improvement Corporations and experience with CAGIS a plus. Requirements: Experience (2-5) years, and bachelors degree in a related field. Valid Ohio driver’s license necessary. Some travel may be required. Salary$50-$60K/year.

Inc., is a non-profit organization that helps build businesses and promote job creation in three ways: businesses incubation, business lending, and economic development services. HCDC staffs and runs the Hamilton County Economic Development Office.
