    The ULI Cincinnati's CEO Coffee series is designed to provide an in-depth and informal discussion led by a key industry figure in the community. This series is part of ULI Cincinnati's efforts as the preeminent multi-disciplinary real estate forum in Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. It aims to facilitate and encourage the open exchange of ideas, information, and experience among local leaders and policymakers dedicated to creating better places. Each session features a different CEO or industry leader, offering unique perspectives and insights on various topics related to real estate and land use when it comes to shaping the future of the industry, and creating thriving communities.

    Join us on March 18 as Paula Brehm-Heeger with the Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library is featured. Since 2018, Paula Brehm-Heeger has served as the Library’s Eva Jane Romaine Coombe Director. With a focus on expanding access and driving innovation, Paula is a passionate advocate for public libraries and their essential role in building connections, offering opportunities for learning and providing enjoyment for all members of our community. She oversees our community's 40 public library branches, a Downtown Main Library, and a Distribution Center, serving more than 800,000 people. She is responsible for the oversight of the system’s ambitious Facility Master Plan made possible by continued State support combined with Hamilton County voters' support of both a successful 1 mil levy approved in May 2018 and a levy renewal and increase approved in 2023.

    Paula is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and has worked in public libraries for more than 25 years. Currently a resident of Cincinnati's Clifton neighborhood, she is active in leadership across the County and state, having served as a member of Hamilton Count's Commission on Women and Girls, CET's Community Advisory Board, The Workforce Council of Southwest Ohio, the USA Regional Chamber's Alumni Network and as a Board member for the Ohio Library Council.
