Downtown is buzzing with transformation—and you’re invited to step inside the action! Join ULI Cincinnati, AIA Cincinnati, NAIOP and 3CDC for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at three of the city’s most exciting projects: the newly reimagined Cincinnati Convention Center, the reinvented Saks building, and the iconic Chong building.

This is more than just a tour—it’s your chance to see how bold vision and creative redevelopment are reshaping the heart of our city. From stunning design details to fresh community spaces, these projects are rewriting what downtown Cincinnati looks and feels like.
