This is ULI Cincinnati's Annual Fundraising event with all proceeds benefiting the Real Estate Accelerator Lab (REAL) program. The Palooza offers various levels of play, spectatorship, raffles and fun!
Join ULI Cincinnati and our friends and partners for the first annual Pickleball Palooza on February 29, 2024 at Aces Pickleball + Kitchen in Norwood. This unique event is taking one of the latest crazes to the next level to raise funds for the Real Estate Accelerator Lab (REAL), an industry-supported program designed to educate and mentor the next generation of Greater Cincinnati real estate professionals.
REAL is a nationally-recognized program providing growth of the real estate development profession throughout Greater Cincinnati with a focus on diversity of race, ethnicity, gender identity, experience and talent. With support, education, mentorship and a commitment to inclusivity, those with a passion are equipped to reach and exceed their professional goals.
Those participating will contribute to the continued success of REAL while making connections and helping us to showcase one of the most exciting placemaking projects in the area. To support the program's scholarship program, we have several sponsorships available, learn more.

- All registrants will receive two drink tickets, heavy appetizers and the smashing feeling knowing that you have contributed to the financial support of ULI Cincinnati's REAL program
- All registrants will have access to free instruction by Aces' Pickleball Pros
- All registrants will have access to free open play on one of the finest courts in Ohio
- All registrants will have the option ($10 per person add-on) to play in a tournament with brackets of various experience levels
- It's a Palooza - an event filled with unlimited networking, fun play, instruction, a tournament and a smashing experience for everyone including those looking for networking and being a spectator.
