Join ULI Cincinnati's Young Leaders Group on March 8, 2023 as they lead a discussion with Julie Krause, Debt Capital Manager with Al. Neyer about her career in commercial real estate and project financing. Julie joined the Al. Neyer team in January of 2022 after more than twenty years in the commercial real estate space where she was responsible for developing and executing portfolio investment strategies in addition to establishing and coordinating the execution of near and long-term operational plans to maximize return and asset value while managing diverse portfolios, overseeing assets, financial analysis, leasing strategy, lease administration, tenant coordination, due diligence activities, lease and finance contract negotiations, operations management, and more. During this GPS program, Julie will share her career path and her various operational and management responsibilities and facilitate discussion on how to seize opportunities to learn and grow in a changing market.

In addition to learning from Julie, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and share experiences of others.  There will be time to network and get to know other young leaders.
