    The CEO Coffee series features an in-depth and informal discussion led by a key industry figure in the community. As the preeminent multi-disciplinary real estate forum in southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky, ULI Cincinnati facilitates and encourages the open exchange of ideas, information and experience among local leaders and policy makers dedicated to creating better places. These members-only discussions are designed to give an intimate group of corporate executives from the greater Cincinnati area the chance to hear from a community-based leader with first-hand experience.

    Our conversation on October 16 will be with Dan Sink, CEO of Corporex.
     
    Dan joined Corporex in 2019 as CEO. Prior to joining the company, he spent almost 19 years as the executive vice president and CFO of an Indianapolis-based real estate company.  During his tenure as CFO, the company successfully completed an initial public offering in 2004, timely closed on a $2 billion merger, and received investment grade ratings from Moody's and S&P.  He was one of three company officers that reviewed and approved all projects. His work experience also includes 11 years of public accounting with a specialization in construction and real estate tax. 

    Mr. Sink serves on the Board of Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana and previously served on the Boards for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and School on Wheels.
     
    He is a graduate of Indiana University with a BS in Accounting.
