    Join members and friends of ULI Cincinnati as we visit Woodburn Exchange, a redevelopment of 6.2 acres in the East Walnut Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati. The development will be mixed-use with commercial space proposed along the frontage of Woodburn Avenue. The proposed development consists of two (2) 4-5 story buildings with 322 residential units, 15,000 SF of retail and a structured parking garage with 323 spaces.     Bobby Torres

    Director of Preconstruction, Buckingham

    Bobby Torres is the Director of Preconstruction at Buckingham and has 10 years in the construction industry, with 5 of those years with Buckingham Companies. In those 10 years, Bobby has been involved in several projects totaling over $1 billion in construction value. Bobby leads the Preconstruction team from conceptual design through construction turnover. He is critical to the success of budget estimating, subcontractor and vendor communication, design team management, project bidding, cost tracking, and value engineering.

    Brett Davis

    Buckingham Companies

    Brett Davis oversees design and implementation of mixed-use and multi-family development projects. Brett works to establish the initial concept vision and then coordinates with the design consultants through the due diligence, entitlements, design and construction phases of the project. Brett brings 13+ years of experience in design and project management. Prior to joining Buckingham, Brett worked as landscape architect & urban designer in Indianapolis, Detroit and Boston. He has a wide range of project management experience and has been involved in the entire design process, from conceptual design through construction documentation and construction implementation.

    Chris Mulloy

    Vice President of Development, Buckingham

    Chris Mulloy joined Buckingham in 2019 and is responsible for the overall management of mixed-use and multifamily projects from project inception to completion, including due diligence, entitlements, and project management of all development activities. Chris brings to Buckingham Companies over 25 years of experience across the U.S. in development, predevelopment, design construction, and project management. Prior to joining Buckingham, Chris served as Director of Project Management for Simon Property Group.

    Drew Fishbaugh is the Project Executive for Buckingham Construction. He has over 20 years in the construction industry, with 11 of those years with Buckingham Companies. Drew has completed several large projects and served multiple roles within the organization. As Project Executive, he is leading a growing pipeline of complex projects and geographical expansion. Drew has successfully completed $1 billion in construction revenue.
