ULI Cincinnati’s Women’s Leadership Initiative members and
friends are invited to participate in a live Sound Bath with Max Raphael on
June 27, 2019.
Rest your busy thoughts at the door, unwind and let the healing power of sound take you on a journey within. Max Raphael of True Resonance offers an immersive relaxation for the body and mind, featuring a collection of authentic instruments played live: antique Tibetan singing bowls, crystal didgerido, Native Flutes, and more. While relaxed on the floor in exquisite comfort, your whole body is enveloped in pure, soothing sounds that can take you beneath the everyday chatter of the mind, to a natural state of harmony and deep rest within. This is a unique “RESET” for your inner self that can make way for greater harmony with others, too.
No meditation experience is necessary. Mats, blankets,
bolsters, and eye pillows are provided. Loose, comfortable clothing is
suggested.
