ULI Cincinnati has dedicated their 2022 18 Hour City Series to assist with the implementation of the recommendations that came out of the 2021 How Transit Oriented Development Can Build a Better Cincinnati TAP Report.  Through a series of panel discussions and interactive conversations, the organization will develop implementation outlines and next steps for the best-in-class principles that came from the Technical Assistance Panel assembled in 2021.  These will be used for smart, equitable, sustainable strategies supporting the creation of TOD policies that promote growth in the City of Cincinnati and the region.

During this second session we will discuss how everyone can continue to work towards policy preparation and the drafting of ordinances as efforts are made to develop more education around Transit Oriented Development.
