Located in Walnut Hills, The Baldwin is prominently positioned at the corner of Gilbert Avenue and Eden Park Drive at the main entrance to Eden Park. Sitting adjacent to I-71, this landmark asset is the gateway to Cincinnati’s Central Business District.
Neyer Properties purchased the development, consisting of the 275,000 SF historic building, 210,000 SF office tower, 1,200 car garage and vacant land parcel, in 2014. At the time of purchase, the buildings were mostly vacant and the complex was in need of significant capital improvements due to years of neglect.
The Baldwin Apartments opened in May 2017 and were 100% leased within 4 months; TriHealth completed their move into The Baldwin Offices in July 2018, both of which were critical in breathing new life and transforming this southern end of Walnut Hills.
