CEO Coffee with Phil Castellini
The CEO Coffee series features an in-depth and informal discussion led by a key industry figure in the community. As the preeminent multi-disciplinary real estate forum in southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky, ULI Cincinnati facilitates and encourages the open exchange of ideas, information and experience among local leaders and policy makers dedicated to creating better places. These members-only discussions are designed to give an intimate group of executives from the greater Cincinnati area the chance to hear from a community-based leader with first-hand experience.
Our conversation on February 13 will be with Phil Castellini, Cincinnati Reds.
President and Chief Operating Officer of the Cincinnati Reds, Phillip J. Castellini is responsible for all business and ballpark operations of the organization, including the growth of new revenue through ticket sales, corporate sponsorships and special events. A graduate of Babson College, Mr. Castellini has a Bachelor of Science, Marketing and Entrepreneurial studies and a minor in literature. He also has attended postgraduate studies through the University of Pittsburgh’s Semester at Sea program. He and his wife Britt have five children. In addition to his Reds duties, Mr. Castellini is a member of the Greater Cincinnati community. He is currently a member of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Cincinnati Parks Board, Young Presidents’ Organization, Commonwealth Club and Queen City Club. Since 1993 he has served as President of Merchants Cold Storage in Walton, Kentucky.
