Aberlin Springs Real Deal
Join ULI Cincinnati for this Real Deal featuring Aberlin Springs. The Real Deal presentation will take place at The Phelps on Thursday, July 26, 2018.
Aberlin Springs is a truly unique community. The vision was to create the region’s first agri-community and it was years in development. The farm-to-table concept offers an onsite farm, wellness center (coming soon) and community-supported agriculture (CSA) program. The CSA provides Aberlin Springs residents with fresh in-season food and pasture raised meats in their Gather The Good Farm Market. The idea is simply to bring people together to connect and enjoy life while providing an opportunity for a healthy lifestyle and wellness in mind, body and spirit.
The Pendragon Homes designs were created with a wide range of homebuyers in mind. They offer cozy Cottages in “pocket neighborhoods” to encourage front porch living, Manor homes and Estate homes all nestled together in their beautiful wooded community. Their Estate lots also have the unique opportunity for detached carriage houses! All of their homes feature geothermal systems for low cost utilities and comfort. Other amenities include clubhouse with guest suite rentals, pool, fishing pond, walking trails, firepit and more.
