The Avondale Development Corporation (ADC) is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to develop a strategy to support the Next Generation of Homeowners initiative which is meant to increase the homeownership rate for Black households in the Avondale neighborhood. The awardee will be responsible for launching and administering the Next Generation of Homeowners initiative through 2023, as well as developing a strategy for future programmatic expansion.  The deadline for proposal submissions is April 14, 2023.  The proposal package should include: resumes and qualifications of key personnel demonstrating previous experience; project proposal addressing each of the three components outlined in the RFP; project timeline with major benchmarks, deliverables, or milestones; and a project budget.
