Engaging the Strengths of the Generations

DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield Close on Merger

Commercial real estate giants DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield closed on their $2 billion merger on September 2, 2015, creating a firm that has 43,000 employees worldwide. The combined company will operate as Cushman & Wakefield and be owned by an investor group backed by Fort Worth, Texas-based TPG, Asian-based PAG and the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
