UC-ULI Cincinnati Case Competition Winners Announced

Congratulations to the winners of the first University of Cincinnati -ULI Cincinnati Case Competition. The team of Kyle Zook (Architecture-DAAP), Bahareh Rezaee (Planning-DAAP), Yue Yan (Planning-DAAP) and Rocky Grewal (Finance-Lindner College of Business) was awarded the competition’s $5,000 prize for their proposal of Firehouse Row in the neighborhood of Walnut Hills. The winning design addressed three blocks of McMillan Street near the center of Walnut Hills, dubbed Firehouse Row,  a location well-suited for infill since each lot is primarily vacant and surrounded by neighborhood residences.
