Al. Neyer Recruits Christina Walker to Executive Human Resource Leadership Role

Al. Neyer has named Christina A. Walker vice president of human resources in a calculated move to implement strategic processes for human capital, talent recruitment, and company growth.

Walker has more than 20 years of human resources experience, most recently as an executive leader of human resources at G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc., in Deerfield Twp., Ohio. Walker has extensive experience in developing and fostering a strong organizational culture including integration of best practices for attraction, retention, engagement of employees and succession planning. She is also skilled in in helping companies sustain growth in multiple markets. Walker will report to President and CEO, Molly North.

“Christina has spent her career developing as a true business partner by understanding how a company operates and how it can improve,” says North. “By joining our executive team, Christina will help Al. Neyer serve clients with greater skill and efficiency while we develop our current bench of talent and strategically plot a course for growth.”
Prior to Walker’s role at G&J Pepsi, she held leadership positions at Goodbaby International in Miamisburg, Ohio; Intelligrated, Inc. in Mason, Ohio; and Cricket Communications Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee.

Walker has a Bachelor of Science in business management and Master of Business Administration in human resource management from the University of Phoenix. She is also pursuing a Doctorate of Management in organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix.
