Join us on November 9, 2017 at the Queen City Club for our CEO Coffee with Jeff Aluotto of Hamilton County from 7:15 AM-8:30 AM.

The CEO Coffee series features an in-depth and informal discussion led by a key industry figure in the community. As the preeminent multi-disciplinary real estate forum in southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky, ULI Cincinnati facilitates and encourages the open exchange of ideas, information and experience among local leaders and policy makers dedicated to creating better places. These member-only sessions are designed to give an intimate group of corporate executives from the greater Cincinnati area the chance to hear from a community business leader with first-hand experience and powerful lessons learned.

j_aluottoThis CEO Coffee will feature Jeff Aluotto, Hamilton County Administrator. In this capacity he serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the County overseeing the management of all departments and functions reporting to the Board of County Commissioners including: Finance and Budgeting, Development Services, Community Development, County Facilities and Infrastructure, Environmental Services, Economic Development, 9-1-1 Communications and various social services functions. Additionally, he is responsible for coordinating, on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners, with all of the elected and independent agencies functioning under County government and with the various stakeholders and communities which make up the fabric of Hamilton County.

For ten years prior to his appointment, Mr. Aluotto served as the County’s Assistant County Administrator overseeing various operations.

Mr. Aluotto has worked extensively on issues related to the Metropolitan Sewer District, economic development, County facility planning, and process improvement within the County’s building and development functions. He serves as the Board’s representative and/or point of contact to various Boards and Commissions.

Mr. Aluotto holds an MBA from Xavier University, an M.S in Environmental Policy from Miami University and a B.S. in Economics from Miami University. He is an ICMA Credentialed Manager and is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s Senior Executive Institute. Mr. Aluotto lives with his wife and three children in Sharonville, Ohio.

This free Coffee is open to the first thirty-five (35) members who register.
