In the third annual Urban Land Institute (ULI) Cincinnati Case Competition, the assigned case was a site located in the southwest corner of Downtown Cincinnati. The West Water Street development site (not a currently active development site) is comprised of a large parcel of land southwest of Paul Brown Stadium.
