New WLI Study: Women in Leadership in the Real Estate and Land Use Industry


The Women’s Leadership Initiative released its first comprehensive research study entitled Women in Leadership in the Real Estate and Land Use Industry. WLI wanted to fill a void in existing research on women in the workplace, which has until now primarily analyzed employees of Fortune 500 companies and has not looked at the nuances in real estate specifically. Winning team proposes “Burnet Square” for Avondale in second UC-ULI Cincinnati case competition


On October 29, at the University of Cincinnati, five student teams made their final presentations vying for a $5000 award, in the second annual Urban Land Institute (ULI) Cincinnati Case Competition. The event concluded an eight week course done in collaboration with UC Real Estate Program and Center, UC College of DAAP’s Niehoff Urban Studio and ULI Cincinnati.
