Regional Product Council to Pittsburgh


The Regional Product Council (RPC) of the ULI East Central region (including Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Indiana, and Pittsburgh) gathered in Pittsburgh this September for two days of sessions and tours focused on Urban Infill and Mixed-Use Development. ULI Pittsburgh hosted the RPC meet-up of more than 30 ULI members, showcasing its neighborhoods and urban core. City officials and industry leaders shared stories of Pittsburgh’s past, present, and future with several award-winning projects highlighting the city’s renewal. UC-ULI collaborate for second student case competition

ULI Cincinnati and the University of Cincinnati are in the midst of their second local case competition this fall. This year, the case class enrollment exceeded expectations, and has five teams of four students, each well-balanced from the disciplines of planning, design (DAAP) and real estate (Lindner College of Business). The studio competition offers three hours of course credit and qualifies as a service learning collaborative for students.
